Upgrading to Pro

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click "Upgrade to Pro"
  3. Enter payment information
  4. Review and confirm
  5. Start using Pro features immediately

Payment Methods

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Debit cards
  • More payment methods via Stripe

Updating Payment Method

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click "Update Payment Method"
  3. Enter new card details
  4. Click "Update"

Billing Cycle

Monthly Billing:

  • Charged on the same day each month
  • Prorated for first month if upgraded mid-month
  • Cancel anytime

Taxes:

  • Applicable taxes added based on location
  • Tax ID can be added in billing settings

Viewing Invoices

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Scroll to "Payment History"
  3. Click "View Invoice" for any payment

Invoices include:

  • Invoice number
  • Date
  • Amount charged
  • Payment method
  • Line items
  • Tax breakdown

Canceling Subscription

You can cancel anytime:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  3. Confirm cancellation

What happens:

  • Pro features available until end of billing period
  • No charge for next period
  • Automatically downgrade to Free plan
  • No data loss

After cancellation:

  • Extra organizations become inaccessible
  • Private pages become public or inaccessible
  • Custom domains stop working
  • Team size limits enforced

Reactivating Subscription

To reactivate:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click "Reactivate Subscription"
  3. Confirm

Billing resumes immediately.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee:

  • Request refund within 14 days of first charge
  • Full refund, no questions asked
  • Contact support to process

After 14 days:

  • Prorated refunds at our discretion
  • Contact support with your situation

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  1. You'll receive email notification
  2. We'll retry in 3 days
  3. After 3 failed attempts, subscription cancels
  4. Pro features locked
  5. Update payment method to restore
