Managing Organizations

Organizations are the foundation of your changelog. Learn how to configure and manage them effectively.

Organization Settings

Access your organization settings by clicking "Settings" in the sidebar.

General Information

Organization Name

  • This is displayed on your public changelog
  • Can be changed at any time
  • Should match your brand name

URL Slug

  • Your changelog URL: /changelog/your-slug
  • Cannot be changed after creation
  • Choose carefully!

Organization Logo

  • Supports PNG, JPG, GIF, or WebP
  • Maximum file size: 5MB
  • Appears on your changelog page
  • Optional but recommended

Tags

Tags help categorize your changelog posts:

  1. Go to Settings → Tags section
  2. Enter a tag name
  3. Choose a color
  4. Click "Add Tag"

Use tags to:

  • Categorize updates (Feature, Bug Fix, etc.)
  • Filter posts by type
  • Help users find relevant updates

Deleting an Organization

⚠️ Warning: This action cannot be undone!

To delete an organization:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Scroll to "Danger Zone"
  3. Click "Delete Organization"
  4. Enter your password to confirm

This will permanently delete:

  • All changelog posts
  • All team members
  • All custom domains
  • All organization data
